Replace the 2 buttons in desktop interface with one input field #15

In the desktop client two buttons is displayed. by pressing them the user can set start and end date for a reservation. These buttons should be replaced with a input field.

Th input field displays the chosen date interval, and works like a link, clicking a date displays the mobiscroll control to chose a date (same behavior as the button has now).

Later on this input field can be used to type a date interval, click and chose a date OR make a "google search" in all stored data (reservations and symbols).

With a little help from the Mobiscroll crew this now works.
