[ ] If I can't find a solution for CColorCorrectionSystem, I might consider removing it.
[x] Remove some of the effects from the model "moneypallet_washerdryer_chunk1"
That'll fix the error Attempting to create unknown particle system 'paper_blow_chunk' and other similar errors.
[ ] Perhaps the Compressing fragments issue will be resolved while fixing the previous problems.
