[feature] Add an RTL language to check support #7

As far as I can tell, DeepL doesn't support any RTL languages, so to test, we'll need to add a new translation api to auto-populate the initial set. Will use Azure for now. ~~All of these are supported by Google translate, so we'll probably look at that?~~

[x] Add Arabic, Hebrew, Persian
[x] Make sure Anki cards work correctly, add rtl flag for those decks
[x] Correctly display www

Basically handled by #13, but let's keep this issue to remind to double-check RTL behavior in web and Anki when adding these languages.
