Simple SoC with RISC-V Ibex Core

This project implements a simple, experimental SoC built on the Ibex core. Peripheral subsystem was taken (and partially cleaned up) from e200_opensource and once was compatible with SiFive's Freedom SoC (present compatibility is unknown).

Licensing

The project is relased under Apache 2.0 license, but there are files and parts licensed under other licenses. This is in particular applies but is not necessarily limited to ibex/zero-riscy and other pulp project code.
