A fair representation of the contributors at the website using and modifying the all-contributors allowing the tasks specific to the Brainhack proceedings such as

Please go ahead @sofievdbos 🤗 I am sure @katjaq should be able to give more info regarding how to integrate it with the current website I believe.

What is the general plan on where to add all these lovely people? And how? Where?: In inspiration from JOSS, I have put our core team on the about page of the website. And JOSS puts all the reviewers and editors right there below as well :) So that would probably be what I'd do :D (which would mean to edit here https://github.com/brainhack-proceedings/brainhack-proceedings.github.io/blob/master/ABOUT.md @sofievdbos ) Otherwise, if you do not want to put it there, ping @r03ert0 and me if you have questions and we can help :)

As for our 'core' team, I added us manually alphabetically to avoid all the emoji stuff for all the different parts we did and keep the team vibe, as we have all contributed so much :)

For the reviewers and editors etc --> is there then all that emoji package coming? If so, will they have one and the same paper thingy emoji for reviewers, editors etc? (I did not see any option to avoid emoji batallion with the all-contributors bot. but maybe we can decide on one emoji? or one for reviewer, one for editor in chief? one for handling editor? one for PR?

We need all-contributors implementation for each team, including the core too. The core team will also enlarge in time, and we need fair representations in each of the teams by all means, no differs than the other.

@sofievdbos could you give me a due date on this please? The deadline should not be further than the end of January, since soon I will go for advertising reviewers and we will need such a system to be tested, runing and working.

And please use this issue to list the steps you are aiming to follow for deployment together with your needs to know from @katja and @roberto, so we all will know your steps and people will chime in to help as you needed. Let me know if that suits you. Thank you 🤗
