Rewrite GUI in Qt #8

Addressing both #3 and #5, and making the GUI look better on KDE-based systems (my systems! file dialog in particular is nearly unusable with darkmode KDE)), and making dev easier in the long run.

And maybe drop cli support? Not really used by me...
