Contextual override of bottom-up input #45

When the context builds up so much importance (# neurons) that we oversee a change/anomaly in the bottom-up input.

Eg.:

Q: What color is snow?
A: white
Q: what color is this wall?
A: white
...
Q: What do cows drink?
A: milk :)
