Add melpa badges
Add a note about the new flycheck support which I added a couple months ago. It currently only handles errors. To handle warnings would be a bit more work. If you have more than one error, it currently bails on the first. Blame javascript for that.

I wanted to remove flymake stuff -- but some people still use it.
