Front end updates #37

some fixes to #33 and #36 are included here, but does not close them out entirely.

Wow... really blown away by both of these! I like the second one better though.

@letsgitgrowing I removed the unnecessary parts of the home page and added a dashboard link. I left the 'Team' and 'Services' sections in case you wanted to add our team info and info about the product there. If not we can remove them also.
