Cell segmentation process for schematic figure #66

@shntnu @raldanehme @AnneCarpenter Guys, we are finalizing the manuscript. I am preparing a schematic for the sample collection, data generation and association analysis. Do you have high resolution version of any figure like this or even this one? https://www.nature.com/articles/nprot.2016.105/figures/3

You'd need to figure out what are the rules/norms for lifting figures like this verbatim out of papers. It's painful to edit for the heck of it :D But might be needed

I'm guessing @mtegtmey could provide images from this actual experiment, but if they are very tiny in the schematic then reusing old ones from a different cell type is fine.

Those are actually pretty high res so if you make a copy of the file and then enlarge, you should be good. LMK
