Here's the PSD file https://drive.google.com/file/d/18ViBSJR0YhHerx_QPa7OYABx16FgdHwi/view?usp=sharing (Broad sign-in required)
But I don't think you are looking for that figure if you want a schematic
Here's a schematic of the process https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Yt4d2e0qOX573KC1dyix5fwIlfSFs3ke/view?usp=sharing
or this https://docs.google.com/drawings/d/1pLQFpZZ6pHIkf4i92P7374r3H2E4nACE_sheK68ci2I/edit?usp=sharing (from https://www.nature.com/articles/s41573-020-00117-w)
You'd need to figure out what are the rules/norms for lifting figures like this verbatim out of papers. It's painful to edit for the heck of it :D But might be needed
I'm guessing @mtegtmey could provide images from this actual experiment, but if they are very tiny in the schematic then reusing old ones from a different cell type is fine.
@jatinarora-upmc im also happy to share some ai files with schematics for this process I've put together. Can point you to them later this afternoon.
@shntnu thanks much for these links. Do you have these 2 colorful images from "image analysis and feature extraction" part from https://docs.google.com/drawings/d/1pLQFpZZ6pHIkf4i92P7374r3H2E4nACE_sheK68ci2I/edit?
Those are actually pretty high res so if you make a copy of the file and then enlarge, you should be good. LMK

@shntnu @raldanehme @AnneCarpenter Guys, we are finalizing the manuscript. I am preparing a schematic for the sample collection, data generation and association analysis. Do you have high resolution version of any figure like this or even this one? https://www.nature.com/articles/nprot.2016.105/figures/3
