Re-writes so far #17

I just finished a rather involved revision of Tables. I tried to aim it a bit more at the social studies teacher audience than most of the docs.

So this is everything I've done up to this point. Now tackling lists...

When I took over SchoolTool around 2004, I went to PyCon and met Jeff Elkner, who was trying to get an open source competency tracking system going with high school students doing most of the development, with one @pcardune being the lead student developer. I can't remember if Paul was actually at PyCon... Anyhow, SchoolTool assimilated the competency tracking project and Paul contributed for a few years, doing some work in the summer after starting college iirc. The direct descendant of Paul's work is still being used in about 30 counties in Virginia.

Very happy to see Paul's carried his experiences forward to work with student developers today!

OK, I was overly optimistic about what I could get done in the past two weeks. I think fully revising and syncing world and reactor fully would benefit from an in-person conversation as there are lots of slight discrepancies and bits I don't fully understand.

Over the next few days Joe and I are both available in person in Golden, so we should take full advantage of that opportunity.​

Tom -- I've merged this text, with a bunch of other smaller fixes on top of it. When you talk to Shriram and Joe this week, be sure to pull the most recent master branch before continuing.
