Create a no-save version of the Demo #171

This will allow players without a SaveKey or AtariVox to try out the game. Basically just dummy out all the SaveKey I/O functions and start them from scratch every time.

Perhaps include a "continue" but throw them back to the starting point (without resetting the ProvinceFlags or Grizzard stats)

This will be a distinct build target

Also someone asked about it on Twitch, and Javatari can't do SaveKey either
