You cannot fast forward or change the playing position of a track from Amazon streaming service.

To reproduce:

Play any song streamed from Amazon service.

In the song progress bar, when you hover your mouse, you do not get a scrubber to drag:

Apparently Amazon decided to charge more money to get that feature.
