Script creation of FigShare record, file upload, and publication #119

It would be nice if we could simply invoke a script to create the FigShare record to our specs, and later to upload the files and publish the record. We can generate all of the information we need in the utilities. We just need to find the tool that will allow us to automate it.

If we're moving away from using DOIs (#37) we no longer need this.
