Need to do a housecleaning on presentation variants #160

Variants of presentations seem to have proliferated. It would be good to have a housecleaning:

I identify groups of variants that have diverged
Identify a "best" version to take forward
Ensure that any useful content from other variants is captured in the new version of the main presentation or in -extras
Prune variants we no longer need

Also, we no longer really need a separate agenda-master.pptx file. We're only putting the agenda in one place (in the intro), so there is no benefit in having a separate file for it.

Once we consolidate the presentations, we need to do the corresponding job on the resource links files on the website.
