Capture slides from @bernhold's mini-tutorial at U Rochester LLE #161

I adapted some of the collaborative-sw-dev material (including some consolidation of the kanban slides which may be beneficial) and generated some new slides. These ought to be captured in the presentations repo for possible future use.
