Lab notes presentation for ATPESC 2023 #171

I added my version with the -a as requested.

I have designed this for 1 hour. However, at 31 slides of meaningful content, I suspect that one or two slides will need to be cut. If it is too late to do that on Monday, then I will just skip past during the presentation.

Note that I have added two new references in Slide 32:

  1. A BSSw blog article by Jean that should have been cited previously
  2. A new example of an actual lab env that is used by a Flash-X colleague

Hopefully I have gotten all else right.
