Update links for LCOV tool #184

The old LCOV site no longer works. Links to http://ltp.sourceforge.net/coverage/lcov.php need to be updated to https://github.com/linux-test-project/lcov.

Primary targets are testing-a and testing-advanced-short, but all testing* presentations should be double checked.

Fixed in testing-a and testing-advanced-short. Checked other testing* and it is not present.
