Who provided the two PSIP slides at the end of this presentation?

I've assigned this to Rinku because she's presenting at SC, but I'm not sure when these appeared and it may take several of us to do the necessary archaeology.

Looks like these were added by Mike Heroux for the SC19 tutorial presentation. We didn't have an agile-redux module there. They were in the agile module.

They may have came from a slide deck that Elaine provided to Mike Heroux (I was copied) on 2019-10-31. The deck appears to have been for the 2019 RSECon UK. Rinku, Elaine, and Reed were listed as authors of the presentation; Rinku gave the presentation.

On further investigation, it looks like the slides Mike used were not from the RSEConUK talk. Slide 8 in that talk (with the graphic of the PSIP cycle) formed the basis of one of Mike's slides, but it also references two of our early success stories (EXAALT and MPICH), which didn't appear in this form in the RSEConUK deck.

I remember an ECP AM poster (or two) highlighting those two PSIP efforts. Those probably got distilled down to a single slide for a talk or something.

The other slide Mike used is based on the "bending the curve" graph, which I think originated with him in the context of PSIP.

So my conclusion is that we can assign authorship to Mike and I think that's probably close enough.
