Suggested changes to testing-introduction2 from ATPESC 2021 #98

Slide 8 in Verification bubble, upper right: "standard review" is used in the sense of "specification review" or "requirements review" and probably should be changed to something like that.
Slide 10 bullet "A: Validation" what is the "A:" for? Should it be removed?

@frobnitzem I think you wrote slide 10. Would you mind looking at it and advise whether it can just be removed or did you have something more in mind? Thanks

"standards review" could be changed to "specification review". They are the same idea in my mind.

Good catch. The "A: Validation" was originally in reply to a rhetorical question along the lines of "Q: How do you test software when you don't have a clear idea of the software's expected outcome?" The A: should be removed, but the question should be added to the slide notes.

I have updated the slides to focus more on tdd rather than converting makefiles to cmake. I've also added a hello-numerical-world-tdd version for the walkthrough.
