Cronjob to deploy component- and module-specific Kubernetes deployment

AS AN Architect I WANT a script to prepare component- and module-specific Kubernetes deployments SO THAT these deployments could be prepared automatically based on what's actually needed to be deployed

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] Provide input about which components and/or modules must be deployed and/or updated
• [ ] Cronjob to check if there are any updates in repositories in scope (done by @varmoh already)
• [ ] Updates are automatically deployed in case confirmed updates were found
• [ ] All deployments and updates are deployed separately

Kubernetes

The following components can be deployed and updated either separately or in combination with others

• [ ] Ruuter private
• [ ] Ruuter public
• [ ] Resql
• [ ] TIM
• [ ] DataMapper

The following modules can be deployed and updated either separately or in combination with others

• [ ] Training Module
• [ ] Service Module
• [ ] Analytics Module
• [ ] Chat Widget
• [ ] Backoffice
