Create a Data Mapper v1 pipeline on Kubernetes

AS A DevOps I WANT TO have a Data Mapper v1 pipeline on Kubernetes SO THAT functionalities that rely on it would be functional

Background Data Mapper v1 will be deprecated and only Data Mapper v2 should be used in the long run

Acceptance Criteria

• [x] Data Mapper v1 pipeline on Kubernetes is set up
• [x] All modules using Data Mapper v1 are fully functional
• [x] Implement changes via code commit
