AS A DevOps I WANT TO use up-to-date documentation SO THAT I could deploy Bürokratt and/or its components separately

This is a sub-issue of https://github.com/buerokratt/Buerokratt-Chatbot/issues/561, so must follow it's parent's AC

[ ] Create a new feature branch based on current dev branch
[ ] Remove all unnecessary documentation
[ ] Make sure that README.md provides all relevant links and guides for deployment of Bürokratt as a fully functional service
