AS A Bürokratt Client I WANT TO have the latest stable version of Bürokratt installed on my Riigipilv infra by using automated scripts SO THAT all the updates would be included and neither future updates nor debugging would require custom manual work

Acceptance Criteria

[x] Set up TTJA Riigipilv infra
[x] Initial deployment of Bürokratt's technical components to set up a new instance for TTJA
[x] New TARA setup (contract + technical)
[x] Duplicate databases for the new instance
[x] Network routing for TTJA to use its new instance of Bürokratt
[x] Database dump has been successful and old database data has been adopted in the new one
[x] Final configuration, all done, new instance serving the production

Servers are ready. Requested DNS changes. TO DO. installing buerokratt (scripts), requesting change of TARA redirect (DNS change required beforehand).

DNS changes have been made. config files and scripts are ready to build new Bürokratt version. TO DO. get new TARA redirect key from TTJA (instead of changing the old one).

Data backup and restore (to new environment) has been successfully tested. TO DO. get new TARA redirect key from TTJA

@KlviG & @varmoh : waiting for the client to confirm their readiness to start using the new instance. Technically all set up.
