AS AN Architect I WANT Bükstack components to be published in GitHub Package Registry SO THAT they could be used as images during the deployment process

Acceptance Criteria

[x] Build images based on dev branch
[x] Build images based on main branch
[x] Published as versioned packages
[x] Deployment as an automated pipeline

Added the fixed regex into pipeline yml file.At the moment Ruuter will get the version tag beta-2.0.(date) using calver method. Looking into other versioning possibilities date +'%y%m%d%H%M%S Other base components versioning is based on calver but need to be fine tuned to reflect their status.
