AS A Product Owner I WANT an environment reflecting the current stable version of Bürokratt to be available SO THAT we could use it for demo purposes

Acceptance Criteria

The environments with the appropriate services listed below are up and running

[ ] https://demo.buerokratt.ee for End Clients
[ ] https://admin.demo.buerokratt.ee for Administrative Users
[ ] All pentested Bürokratt's services for both End Clients and Administrative Users according to the list (TODO)
