In theory (if it was done right) the original values for names and profile images are stored on the elements -- it would be nice if a user could click on the extension in Chrome and get a little context menu (ideally not a separate options page) where you could toggle all of the anonymized elements to show their real values (or vice versa). If a context menu is not feasible then perhaps just clicking the icon would work (and there should be some visual differentiator in the icon itself if this is the toggle mechanism)
