Setup Button Format #132

Need to decide whether to have one cell or multiple cells for all of the setup buttons, as it would help to further unify the formatting for all of the colab notebooks. An example of what I am referring Screenshot from 2024-02-23 12-10-33 Screenshot from 2024-02-23 12-10-49 to is below
