Add support for spawner #23

We have spawners Spawner_-Lemonade, Spawner-_Bean_Bag1, Spawner-_Bean_Bag_2 in the outdoor festival scene. This is a complex one to port, probably use the new obb-collider, grabbable and hand-tracking-grab-controls from aframe 1.5.0/master.
