a-waypoint primitive #43

Create an a-waypoint aframe primitive that set waypoint, networked and gltf-model components, using the waypoint inflator from jsonInflators.

aframe primitive is really simple, we can't call any function, so I had to do a bit of refactoring and gltf-model is now set in waypoint init.
