Clean up menu design #14

Updates the menu design to be a little more user-friendly. At the same time, it adds (rudimentary) light/dark themeing support.

Unfortunately, some incantation I typed brought the vertical & horizontal scrollbars back. That wasn't my intention, but I also cannot, for the life of me, fix it. Maybe someone else can sort that out 😅

Hi @c6p — I think I addressed all your comments in phildenhoff/logseq-hypothesis#1 so I moved the PR here for your approval (and further discussion). In hindsight, I probably should've just opened it here...
