Install fails with "fish: Unknown command: theme_gruvbox" #19

While installing the dotfiles it fails with the the following error. I suspect that theme_gruvbox has not been defined elsewhere and I couldn't find a binary with the same name.

hmmm, maybe you'll need to run it again... probably fisher did not load the plugins or something

it comes from the gruvbox fish theme
