An option to anonymize dataset archives should be added. Specifically, the fields that need to be anonymized are the following:
info.json
info.rec_id.collection_info.user_name
meta.json
speakers.name
speakers.email
collection.name
These values should be replaced with e.g. n/a at archive generation time.
