Some datasets were collected before we started trimming recordings. We should add an option (per collection) that starts a trimming job in the background.

The user selects a collection
The user selects to "trim all recordings that have not yet been trimmed"
The user selects a threshold to trim by
The user starts the trimming process

Each recording object should implement a hybrid method rec.has_trimming() to make this easier.
