Negative Elevation: For maps that don't necessarily require Levels or Multilevel Tokens. This could include a map with something like a trench in a battlefield or a crater from a heavy impact.
Elevation Default: Would allow the above as, I believe to be, an easy workaround. Any modules using elevation would just need to be offset by the user by the default value. While currently, you can blanket the entire map to achieve this, I would imagine that creates potential problems as well as difficulty for the GM.
