Fix error on prone when shading none, add Fill by Pixel brush #91

Fixes this error when toggling the Prone status effect while the scene shading is set to None: image

Added support for the Fill by Pixel brush with a resizable circular brush. elevatedvision-fill-by-pixel-brush
