Where is the "Token Fly Control" Button? #98

It seems like I must just be missing something, but I can't find the toggle to let flying characters keep their elevation. Elevated Vision Settings The right box seems to be checked, but I don't see anything here: Token Toolbar or, even here: Untitled Should I be looking somewhere else? I love this module, by the way, I only found it two days ago, and already can't imagine what I would do without it!
