Join existing OSM buildings with RLIS buildings #6

In most cases, the RLIS data contains much more geometry detail than the OSM data, however it might be the case that the OSM data contains additional property/tag information.

I think we could do one of two things:

Delete the OSM buildings where they intersect with RLIS buildings, but copy over all existing tags
Delete the RLIS buildings where they intersect with OSM buildings and live with the less detailed outlines

I'm inclined for the former process (delete OSM in favor of RLIS and copy tags) because newer buildings have more accurate footprints (LiDAR-based as opposed to dated imagery with off nadir distortion). We should, however, be explicit about this in the import proposal.

:+1: I think that's the best course of action. We get updated geometry and potentially more detailed tag information.
