Is this mod still working ? #16

I play this game solo and the waiting time is too long. I try to download this mod and follow the instructions, but it seems like the duration time is not working.

I change MissionLengthModifier = 2 (from default 2 to 0.1 (I hope it would be faster)) But it is the same 1 day and 3 hours durations.

Then I change the setting from 0.1 to 10.......but it is still shown the same time (which is 1 day and 3 hours durations)

I change only 1 setting

Did I do something wrong ?
