Weekly view time slots offset and content overflow clipped #14208

Issue Summary

Been working on a feature that involves weekly view and have seen some odd behaviour:

time starts offset
end hours slots gets clipped out because top offset.

Highlighted div it's the first one slot on the 12:00 hour and there is total 4 but 3 slots gets clipped out.

Steps to Reproduce

Visit any booker page or for my user /alan
Switch to weekly view
See first slots with different time and last slots get clipped.

I think this happens on timezones before UTC, mine is Pacific TZ -07 @skverma618

@alannnc I tried on timezone behind UTC as well. Please check this. Are you still getting the same issue
