[CAL-3857] Salesforce: Match contacts based on email domain / company. Not emails #15308

Right now for our CRM apps, we create a new contact for each unique email. We should give the option to create contacts based on the email domain / company.

Each CRM has their own versions of contacts/company entries so we need to consider this when implementing. This should also be an option that users can opt into.

No native functionality in Salesforce. Need to consider how we can leverage custom fields to do this.
