Issue Summary

• I had a turned off workflow which is for "when event is canceled"
• I turned on this workflow in an event type
• emails sent out for every client who has an upcoming booking

Steps to Reproduce

Actual Results

• it sends out a lots of email

Expected Results

• Do not send out emails if I turn on a worklfow.
