Unable to enter own meeting scheduled through MS Teams/Outlook (bug) #15984

Issue Summary

When the calendar is set to use MS Outlook/Teams and events are booked an email goes out with the teams meeting link and the same link is set up in the Outlook calendar.

However, when clicking this link neither the booker nor myself are able to enter the room and the screen comes up as below:

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Install "Microsoft 365/Teams (Requires work/school account)" from the apps page
  2. Connect your MS calendar
  3. Change the default booking mechanism to use MS calendar instead of cal.com
  4. Make a booking through an event page
  5. Click on the meeting link (as the host)
  6. Not able to enter the meeting

Expected behavior

As the host of the meeting, one should be able to enter their meetings without any challenges.
