[CAL-4119] Stripe integration for Indian Users. #16119

A customer is trying to use our Stripe integration, but it is currently not working for him. He is located in India and currently has a working Stripe account, but the payments are not working properly for him. He contacted Stripe support, and they said we need to pass a "charge description parameter," but it is not working since this is missing.

@joseuo94 I fixed this by setting the currency as INR.

@PeerRich this might be an issue for companies charging USD to US customers from an Indian company, which would require full name, address and "transaction reason" for each booking.
