[CAL-4450] OOO shows wrong date when editing

My profile timezone is GMT-7:00. When I create an OOO entry from oct 27-31 it correctly creates the entry:

However, when I try to edit it then it shows Oct 26-30

hey @CarinaWolli I just checked this out in the dev environment locally, but i am not able to find any issue. The date is showing correctly when edited.
