"forgot" password is not working. #17138

Issue Summary

I am unsure why my password no longer works, I certainly didnt change it. So I am trying to hit "forgot" using my email (which is in an apple "hide my email"), and I am not getting an email to reset. I tested the email address form another email address and it works fine. your system is not sending out a reset password email to me.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. go to login page
  2. clock on "Forgot?"
  3. put in the correct email that matches the login email
  4. don't get an email, so I cant get in, which means I cant even get support

You should be able to get help without logging in.

-I should get a reset email

I'd like to put the email address here, but I don't want it to attract a bunch of spam. Let's just say that the first part of it is pyloric..........@icloud.com
