A lot of the improvements we wish to make are in this example file for advanced shadcn tables

We could easily do a 1-1 swap here and hit a lot of the points we wish to improve.

Note: data-table lives in packages/ui/components/data-table

The /settings/organization/members page lives in packages/features/users/components/UserTable.tsx

Q1. this issue isn't tagged "Private", but why it's not showing up on the repository?

Q2. Is this issue something that we'd want to see on GH, btw?
