RFC: Support for Stripe Express accounts? #4435

Is your proposal related to a problem?

Currently we only support Standard Stripe accounts under our Stripe Connect implementation. A recent thread on Slack suggested we support Stripe Express as well.

Do we want to support this for our hosted version?

Right now self-hosted users have the option to choose between Standard and Express accounts. They come with their own costs and considerations tho.

Describe the solution you'd like

If we plan to support both we need to add some kind of selector when adding a Stripe credential.

I was about to create an issue for this. I think this will be really helpful. For example, with GitHub Sponsors, I use a Stripe Express account. I cannot use a Standard account because Stripe is not available in Colombia 🇨🇴 ... I would really benefit from this feature, thanks!
