Implement sorting on Load Balancers and nodes - Issue #14 #15

Fixing #14 (and some) by sorting output of Load Balancers and nodes. It seemed only logical to sort the nodes by IP address, and the Load Balancers by ID.

No Dr. Peppers will be necessary.
