XMRig-AMD

What is it?

XMRig-AMD is the console miner contributed by XMRig.

XMRig-AMD supports Cryptonight and its variants.

Due to licensing, no one can redistribute the software. Please build this image in your environment.

Example usages

• To build the image:

$ docker build . --file YOUR_VERSION/Dockerfile.YOUR_ARCH --tag calvintam236/xmrig-amd:rocm-YOUR_VERSION

$ docker build . --file YOUR_VERSION/Dockerfile.YOUR_ARCH --tag calvintam236/xmrig-amd:mesa-YOUR_VERSION

$ curl -L -O --referer https://www.amd.com https://drivers.amd.com/drivers/linux/amdgpu-pro-19.30-855429-ubuntu-18.04.tar.xz
$ docker build . --file YOUR_VERSION/Dockerfile.YOUR_ARCH --tag calvintam236/xmrig-amd:amdgpu-YOUR_VERSION

• To run the container in background:

$ docker run -d --device /dev/kfd --device /dev/dri --name YOUR_CONTAINER_NAME calvintam236/xmrig-amd:rocm-YOUR_VERSION -a YOUR_ALGO -o YOUR_POOL_ADDRESS -u YOUR_USERNAME.YOUR_WORKER_NAME -p YOUR_WORKER_PASSWORD

$ docker run -d --device /dev/kfd --device /dev/dri --name YOUR_CONTAINER_NAME calvintam236/xmrig-amd:mesa-YOUR_VERSION -a YOUR_ALGO -o YOUR_POOL_ADDRESS -u YOUR_USERNAME.YOUR_WORKER_NAME -p YOUR_WORKER_PASSWORD

$ docker run -d --device /dev/kfd --device /dev/dri --name YOUR_CONTAINER_NAME calvintam236/xmrig-amd:amdgpu-YOUR_VERSION -a YOUR_ALGO -o YOUR_POOL_ADDRESS -u YOUR_USERNAME.YOUR_WORKER_NAME -p YOUR_WORKER_PASSWORD

• To get xmrig-amd options:

$ docker run --rm calvintam236/xmrig-amd:BRANCH-YOUR_VERSION

• To fetch logs of a container:

$ docker logs YOUR_CONTAINER_NAME
